Profile Bar Screens
This construction is unique to Hendrick. The mechanically interlocked design is perfect for applications that require high strength and a very flat surface. We believe it's the strongest construction available on the market and it is used in cylindrical applications. It can be manufactured in slot openings as close as 0.005" and flatness to .090.
Profile Bar screens are used in Petrochemical, Fish Diversion, Pulp & Paper, Waste Water, Food, and Architectural industries.

Looped Wired Screens
Looped Wire screens provide the perfect solution to vibratory applications that require high strength both laterally and transversely.
Wires are looped around a supporting cross rod and compressed to fit snugly. Slots can be manufactured to 0.005".
Looped Wire is used in the Brewing, Waste Water, Mining and Aggregate, and Chemical industries. |
Resistance Welded Screens
Are produced by wrapping a wire helically around support rods to create a cylinder with continuous slot openings. The wires are automatically resistance welded to each support rod producing a very strong wedge wire cylinder with excellent beam, burst and collapse strength. Resistance welded cylinders produce screens with slot openings to .002 and very large percentage of open area. The screens are widely used in food and beverage processing, water intakes, fish diversion, architectural, and petrochemical applications. |
